Bridion (Sugammadex) Injection 100 mg/mL (BRID1002V-R) is a sterile, single-dose vial containing 200 mg sugammadex in 2 mL (equivalent to 100 mg/mL). It is a modified gamma-cyclodextrin that acts as a selective relaxant binding agent (SRBA). Sugammadex rapidly encapsulates and inactivates rocuronium or vecuronium molecules, allowing for fast reversal of neuromuscular blockade without relying on acetylcholinesterase inhibition.
